Things I love about fall

Cool, crisp mornings.

Coffee in my cup.

Honeycrisp apples.

Chili.

Football.

Sweatshirts.

Open windows.

Lower electricity bills.

Apple pie.

Thanksgiving.

Christmas is coming.

Knowing that leaves will eventually fall.

Change.

What about you? What do you love about fall?

What I love about fall (in no particular order):

Climbing out of my warm bed and feeling the cool air. Not cold enough to cringe at, but cool enough to get your blood pumping.

The burst of color everywhere you go.

The aroma of warm, delicious things coming from my kitchen (it's just not the same any other time of year).

Looking out my kitchen window and seeing leaves coming down like snowflakes....
and
Driving down a two-lane country road, seeing the leaves swirl up as I go by.

Earlier twilights.

Wearing sweaters.

Coffee in the morning, and cider tea in the evening.

Rain.

Being able to wear cute jeans, colorful scarves and not sweat to death! :) I also love the smell of people burning their leaf piles.

Such a lovely list my friend - well except the football - HA! I look forward to wearing sweaters! We still have unusually hot weather here, but I'm sure Fall weather will get here soon.
