Star Wars Pancake Mold Giveaway

*** Thanks for entering. Comments are closed. ***

Happy Star Wars Day!

Did you even know such a thing existed?

I don’t know if you knew, but we’re pretty big Star Wars fans around here. In fact, one evening in the back yard, we were playing Star Wars (don’t ask) and I ended up in prison.

I said to Nathan, “I am part of the Imperial Senate on a diplomatic mission to Alderan.”

Without missing a beat, Nathan responded, “You are part of the Rebel Alliance and a spy. Take her away.”

Mike and I just laughed and laughed. It was priceless.

We also like pancakes.

So is it any wonder that we love these…

An older theater near us shows some classic movies periodically and we went to a showing of Return of the Jedi recently. They did a drawing for some prizes and Nathan won this set of pancake molds.

They make really cute pancakes.

We already had a set, so we wanted to give this set away to someone who would really want them.

So, in honor of Star Wars Day today, I’m giving this set of Star Wars pancake molds away here on the blog. The rules for this giveaway…

  • Leave a comment on this blog post and tell me your favorite movie quote from any of the Star Wars movies. Include an email address where you can be contacted.

  • Tweet about this giveaway and leave me a comment on this blog post including the link to the tweet for an extra chance to win.

  • I will close comments at 10 pm Central time and will announce a winner some time tomorrow.

Good luck.

And “May the Fourth be with you.”

I still haven't seen the movies. :( But I have them all in my possession & I can't wait to watch them!

You asked for a quote & since I haven't seen the movies, I'll have to go with one from my 4yo's Star Wars shirt & hope it's authentic:
"Laugh it up, furball!"

Is that a for real quote?!

Darn, I was going to use, "Laugh it up, furball!" but I see that's already taken. How about, "The force is strong with this one."

"Luke, I am your father" - we apply this to so many situations in my family!

I had no idea there was a Star Wars Day...but I'm not surprised!

My 10 year old tells my seven year old in his best Darth Vader voice, "Alex, I am your brother". Alex then falls to the floor yelling "noooooo!". It's pretty funny.

For an actual quote, I like: "Your were right about one thing, Master. The negotiations were short." (Episode 1)

We love Star Wars around here! My little guy has watched it so many times, I think the DVDs are going to wear out!
My favorite quote: Leia: "Why you stuck up, half-witted, scruffy looking Nerf herder!" Han: "Who's scruffy looking?"

C-3PO: Artoo says that the chances of survival are 725 to 1. Actually Artoo has been known to make mistakes... from time to time... Oh dear...

My daughter likes...
Princess Leia: Why, you stuck up, half-witted, scruffy-looking Nerf herder.

Okay, you know I never remember movie lines so I have to go with the obvious, "may the force be with you.". However, Star Wars is big in our house and there is an actual battle laid out in Mack's room as I type. Love you guys! Kealcleveland@sbcglobal.net
